    Candy Crush Saga crashes


    Candy Crush Saga loads then crashes and closes when select play.


    It played when I uninstalled it then on the second game it asked to connect to FB.


    I connected and synced then when I select play the screen goes black and closes immediately.


    Uninstalled and installed several times from Microsoft Store.


    Using Windows 10.


    It worked fine until ? June last year when it crashed intermittently then totally crashed like above in August 2018 from then on.


    Please help

    I recently just downloaded candy crush soda saga, and ever since that candy crush saga has been crashing. I have already tried uninstalling and installing it, still does not work.

    windows 8.1 phone.

    i have installed candy crush saga but suddenly its started getting crash when ever i try to open the candy crush saga game it will just only on the screen is loading after that it will directly take me to my home screen. and after that i have to uninstall
    the same and reinstall, than it will work only for 1 time, next time when ever i will try to run the game it will get crash.. please help me for the same.

    Sorry for the delay.

    I appreciate if you could answer a few questions:

    1. Do you experience this issue with only Candy Crush Saga or other Microsoft apps?

    2. Did the Candy Crush Saga games work initially when you loaded on your PC?

    If this issue is only with Candy Crush Saga, i suggest you to uninstall the game and re-install it and check if it works fine.
