Windows 10: Cannot access anything Microsoft following today's update 01/24/2020

"GETTING MESSAGE "THIS APP CANT - OPEN CHECK THE STORE" -

But I cannot even open the store -

On January 24, 2020 Windows did an update. After the update all of my microsoft and Xbox stopped working on my pc. I need OFFICE for my work and cannot access. I get message this message for every single app. I even get this message when I attempted to ask for help directly on this microsoft website. I have been troubleshooting for five hours now and am exhausted from trying every single suggestion offered in forums all across the web, including this microsoft website. Nothing is working. Please, someone help me. I can't get any work done at all. None of my programs are working. *They worked this morning before the update*

Windows 7 support ended 14/01/2020 yet today(15/01/2020 I received updates. What;s that about?

The last Security Quality Roll-up Update @ NET Framework + Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool for Win 7.

Hold off on installing as it seems to be causing issues with some flavors of windows 7.

The rest has been explained as it relates to different time zones.
