Windows 10: Cannot access my Seagate Portable 1TB Hard Drive after KB5045935 & KB5046633 updates.

Not sure if the issue is caused by these updates, KB5045935 & KB5046633 on 11/12/2024 but right after they installed my Seagate Portable drive could no longer be accesssed. It had always been my E: drive, now it shows as the D: drive which I believe was the recovery partition of the C: drive. It installs a file called Elevoc:_dnn_ kernel on this D: drive. I saw an issue involving this file and issues disconnecting a hard drive on the forum. Anyway I need help to resolve this, D: drive as it shows now is empty except for that file. I have tried different cables , different USB ports and

My laptop update by itself and now when ever I try to use my seagate external portable hard drive the computer tells me that "D:\ is not accessible, The file or directory is corrupted and unreadabale"

1. Check the Hard Drive on Another Computer: First, try connecting your Seagate external hard drive to another computer. This will help determine if the issue is with the hard drive itself or just its interaction with your laptop. If the drive works on another computer, the issue likely lies with your laptop's software or hardware settings.
   
2. Run CHKDSK: If the hard drive is recognized but not accessible, use the Check Disk utility to scan and fix file system errors. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type the following command, then press Enter: chkdsk D: /f (replace D: with the correct drive letter assigned to your Seagate hard drive). This process will attempt to fix any file system errors on the drive.

Seagate hard drive

I have seagate portable hard drive and it is not connecting with Windows 10. It was able to connect 2 weeks ago. It states a portable is connect and unable to open. I have checked with seagate and there is no new hard drive updates to sort out the issue.
But I am able to use it when I connect to a different computer why dose Windows 10 have these issues. Even when I for a reason why I am been told that there are issue and what the issues but Windows 10 state that there is no issues and the portable hard drive
is working correctly. I think I should go back to an older software and not Windows 10.
