Windows 10: Cannot activate Win 10 Pro

Product key was from Win 7. Used free upgrade to Win 10 years ago.
I had problems with activation on my old PC same version of Windows and using a non-genuine product key solved this.
A few months ago I changed everything in my PC except the harddrive with Windows on it.
Last few weeks I have been getting warnings to activate Win 10 but I continually get 'cannot activate' errors. I use the genuine and non-genuine codes.
It states something about not being able to connect to my organisations activation server this is a private PC. Error code: 0x8007232B.
I now have a watermark on the screen.
I have attempted to buy a new activation code but that hasnt been successful.
I followed the error help page with using 'SLUI 04' which also failed.

I would just like to stop the regular popup and remove the watermark. My product key should be valid but if I must, I will buy a new one, if I can find a way to make that work.

I suggest that you use the TechNet forums for this particular issue. This forum is consumer-oriented (Win 10 Home, Pro). TechNet is IT oriented (Win 10, Pro, Enterprise, MSDN, Server 2012-R2, etc.).

Win 7 Pro to Win 10 Pro doesn't Activate

Yet it didn't, hence the suggestion. But again, if you have the Pro key you could use that.

And that link bro67 posted is a clear a mud so hopefully he understands what he posted it and can apply it to your issue.
