    Cannot activate Windows 10 with digiral licenece


    I have had windows 10 for years with digital license from Windows 8 days. But suddenly it says that it requires activation. No notice no nothing. No change in hardware except a LAN card. I tried to activate using "change your product key." Entered the current product key recovered by various software. It says Cannot activate as some problem with internet. Please try again. Ran trouble shooter. Says cannot solve problem. What am I going to do now?

    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    I won't buy a key, stupid.

    I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

    When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
    is that causing the problem?
