Windows 10: Cannot Activate Windows 10

I just recently reinstalled Windows 10 on my laptop and when I went to activate it but it keeps giving me an error saying "Windows cannot be activated right now" I've tried 3 of my product keys i've bought and the one I have been trying to use the most is "H8N4Q-6K4WP-GV97B-8X466-BP2HD". But nothing works, I don't know if it is due to me running an older version of Windows 10 but the key always worked before when I used it.

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
