Windows 10: Cannot activate Windows 10

hi

I bought an Asus laptop with the original Windows 10. Now, after 4 years, it repeatedly sends me a warning message: Your Windows will expire soon. I pressed "go setting" and it was written in the activation section:

"windows is activated using you organization's activation service"

Also, when I selected the "properties" button in "this pc", a poduct ID was displayed and it was written that windows is activated.

but the warning message was still displayed!!!!

That's why I restarted "windows explorer" in "task manager". But not only was the problem with the warning message not resolved, but also another problem was added: Now when I go to the 'properties' section in 'this pc', it gives the following message:

"the properties for this item are not available"

Please guide me to resolve these issues

• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
