    Cannot boot past BSOD Kernel Security Check Failure every single time


    Hi everyone. I'm at a complete loss here. As the title says, I went to boot my PC the other day and was immediately hit with a BSOD Kernel Security Check Failure right after the ROG logo. I can't boot past that, period. I've downloaded a Windows USB to try and repair it, and when I boot to the USB, BOOM, still BSOD. I even tried unplugging all of my drives and only having the USB stick available and still get the BSOD. I don't even know what to try next. I've tried the Hiren's Boot CD and it seems to make it past the Asus ROG logo, but I just get a black screen, so I don't know if it's doing anything or if Hiren's is not playing nice with my GPU. ANY guidance or suggestions would be extremely helpful. I actually already bought a new M.2 SSD because from all the reading I've done I've come to the conclusion it could be my SSD, but with all the drives unplugged, I still can't get booted to the USB to reinstall windows. Thank you in advance to anyone who thinks they can offer a solution. With the purchase of the new SSD, I was planing on nuking it and starting from scratch anyway, so if anyone has an idea of how I can boot to a USB and not fix the BSOD issue, that's fine too.

    Ryzen 2700x NOT overclocked

    Asus ROG STRIX B450-f Motherboard

    32GB Gskill Trident 3200mhz RAM

    Asus GTX1070 mini GPU

    2 SSD (one for OS, one for games)

    1 HDD for storage and backup

    BSOD - Kernel Security Check Failure

    Hi Ashton,

    There's a lot of reason for booting in to a BSOD, like problems with the driver for your display adapter or the
    video output is being sent to an unexpected port. KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE error is usually caused by Memory or Driver incompatibility issues or corruption of system data.
    In order for us to efficiently assist you, we just have few questions for you:

    • Were there any changes made to your computer prior to the issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    Kernel Security Check Failure BSOD

    Have a computer that used to run Windows 7 absolutely fine, then upgrade to Windows 10 and changed my hardware that should meet the requirements. Then started to regularly get the Kernel Security Check Failure BSOD. I have updated drivers and verified
    them and done all that I can think and read about online which makes it okay for about a week and then I start getting them again. Not sure what my next step should be, any assistance appreciated.
