Cannot Burn DiSC in WIndows 10 - Cannot Send to DVD/CD

I am operating on Windows 10 and attempting to use the Burn Disc feature.

When I right click on the MP4 video file I wish to burn, I click on Send To and do not receive the option to Send to CD/DVD Drive.

When I am in File Explorer, I right click on CD Drive, and do not see a Burn option

I am certain I have used this drive to burn/write CDs and DVDs in the past. I have not done this since upgrading from WIndows Vista to Windows 10.

When I click on the Device settings, it shows that my Device Driver is up to date.
