Windows 10: Cannot change DNS for IPV6 in windows 10 22h2.

Hello,I need the following help to fix issue with DNS IPV6 in windows 10 22h2, when I click ok Windows 10 22H2 it tells me that it cannot save the DNS Server for IPV6.Any help to fix this issue would be great.Thanks

Unable to change DNS Encryption for Alternate IPv6 DNS

Welcome to the Microsoft community.

You can try to use the command to change IPv6 DNS. The specific steps are as follows.

Enter PowerShell in the search box and open PowerShell admin.

Enter the command below into the elevated PowerShell, press Enter, and make note of the Interface Alias (such as : "Ethernet") you want to change the IPv4 or IPv6 DNS server address for.

Get-DnsClientServerAddress





Enter the command below you want to use into the elevated PowerShell, press Enter.

Set-DNSClientServerAddress "Interface Alias" –ServerAddresses ("Preferred DNS address", "Alternate DNS address")

Substitute Interface Alias in the command above with the actual Interface Alias (ex: "Ethernet") from step above.

Substitute Preferred DNS address in the command above with the actual preferred IPv6 DNS server address you want to use for this network connection.
Substitute Alternate DNS address in the command above with the actual alternate IPv6 DNS server address you want to use for this network connection.

For example: Set-DNSClientServerAddress "Ethernet" –ServerAddresses (“2606:4700:4700::1111”,”2606:4700:4700::1001”)

Unable to change DNS Encryption for Alternate IPv6 DNS

I manually set my DNS settings (SETTINGS > NETWORK & INTERNET > ETHERNET > EDIT DNS SETTINGS). When I try to change my DNS Encryption for the Alternate IPv6, it is grayed out and "Unencrypted Only" is the default. After saving the settings, the manual changes reflect what I could enter. The Alternate DNS encryption listing shows Unencrypted, which I don't want. From everything I could find, this setting can be changed and addresses are correct. How to I enable this to be changed?
