Windows 10: Cannot change the folder Captures are saved to on Xbox App

I cannot change the folder my Captures are automatically saved to. I go to the Xbox App on my PC, Windows 10, and go to Settings. I select Captures, and it gives a shortcut that says "Go to Windows Settings to adjust your settings." and when I press it, it goes straight to Game DVR settings, and the area I can save captures on is shown but there's a "How to save to a different folder." shortcut, I press that, it goes to Bing to search for the answer and defaults to the 'answer' as opening the Xbox app and going to settings, and picking the Game DVR option, but there is no Game DVR option in the settings for the Xbox App. The closest is Captures, but that goes back to the settings area to tell me how to fix the problem, which loopholes back to the solution I can't do.

Change where your Game DVR captures are saved on your PC

Your game clips and screenshots will always be saved in the Captures folder. But you can move that folder anywhere you want on your PC.

• Go to File Explorer > Videos.
• Drag the Captures folder where you want it.
