Windows 10: Cannot connect to multiplayer games being hosted by a computer.

I cannot connect to a lot of multiplayer games like The Forest, Dead Island, Payday 2, etc, I'm guessing it might have something to do with them using one of the player's computers as the host for the lobby as other multiplayer games work fine for me. I've tried restarting my computer, disabling antivirus software, my firewall isn't blocking any of the games, my device drivers are updated, my internet connection is strong and I've tried with different internet connections. If I try hosting a game, no one can join me. And if I try joining someone else's game, it'll send me into a loading screen

Battlefield 2 not connecting to LAN multiplayer

I have a legit old copies of BF2. While the game works on Windows 7 and 8 including local multiplayer, but on Windows 10, I tried to join to other PC with the same game version, BF2 shuts itself down. However hosting the game seems working without problems and other PCs can join the game as well.

Upon realizing after installing the game on Windows 10, the serial key wasn't saved on Regedit whereas in Windows 7 and 8, keys are automatically saved and can connect to the host, so I did manually edit its regedit directory the same as 7/8 to make it work but couldn't join the game. There must be a way to connect since Firewall is more prominent in Windows 10 than in previous OS thus I'm having trouble connecting to the host in some games with lan multiplayer.

 

Teredo is unable to qualify blocking multiplayer games

In setting under gaming, I can't setup Live multiplayer. I get Teredo is unable to qualify. This could block you from playing multiplayer games. Server connectivity BLOCKED.

I think I have checked all the fixes xbox suggests to be checked.
