Windows 10: cannot connect to network printers, error 0x000003e3

i have two printers connected to a PC via usb. PC is running win10 and both printers sharing status are enabled. no problem with network printing until yesterday. my laptop which is connected to network via wifi is now unable to print. i can see the printers from the laptop in network setting but when i double click it, it says unable to connect to printer with the message error 0x000003e3. tried using other laptop and the same problem appear as well. 1st laptop is running win10 while 2nd laptop is running win7. no 3rd party antivirus is installed in the PC and laptops, only windows security.

Windows 10 1803 error 0x000003e3 when connect shared printer

Start last week, I facing issue that when I want to connect shared printer on another Windows 10 1803 then will pop up error 0x000003e3 during install driver from host. Please kindly help.

• Have you made any recent changes to your Windows 10 computer prior to getting this issue?
  
• Is your Windows 10 PC up-to-date? If not, click this

You may utilize the following steps if updating your Windows does not work:

1. Open Settings > Network & Internet.
2. Click Ethernet if your PC is connected via Ethernet, Wi-Fi if connected via Wi-Fi.
3. For Ethernet, click your computer icon, and toggle on the Make this PC discoverableoption.
4. For Wi-Fi, click Manage known networks, select your PC, then click Properties.
5. Toggle on the Make this PC discoverable option.
