Ummm... could be why you're having problems... do you have good backups? Do you use disk imaging?

    What is a disk image?
A disk image is a (usually compressed) copy of the entire contents of a storage device, such as a hard drive or a partition. The disk image represents the content exactly as it is on the original storage device, including both data and structure information.

Disk images allow you to restore disks and partitions from the image, meaning when your PC disk is corrupt or fails you can quickly restore your PC to a previous working state.

    ================================
Lacking disk images, and you almost certainly can't create one from a failing drive, you can only:
    a. back up any remaining data you can still access that you need
    b. buy a new drive
    c. clean install Win 10 (activation will be automatic).

The article I first posted suggests reasons.

You have multiple things that don't work including startup repair. You can't access advanced repair options. These are in the System Reserved partition. It seems parts of your disk aren't being read properly. If you have random corruption you will get ---- guess-- random effects. Clear?

Disk imaging is VERY VERY strongly recommended here time and time again... unfortunately it takes a painful lesson before some people find out about it. Here's my 'sales pitch' - various products around, free and commercial.

Creating disk images lets you restore Windows and all your disks and partitions to a previous working state, quickly and probably without technical help.

    You can recover from:
    - a failed disk drive (restore to a new one)
    - ransomware (which encrypts your disk)
    - user error
    - unrecoverable problems from failed updates to problem programs
    - unbootable PC (hardware faults aside)

Images also act as a full backup- you can extract files too.

You can even use images to help you move more easily and quickly to a new PC.

Imaging can even help you sleep at night knowing you have a second chance.

Many here recommend Macrium Reflect (free) as a good robust solution and more reliable than some others. It’s
    - more feature rich
    - more flexible
    - more reliable
than Windows Backup and Restore system images.

It's well supported with videos, help and a responsive forum.

There are other such programs, free/commercial, some with simpler interfaces, but Macrium R is one of the most robust and reliable.

    How long does it take?
SSD+ USB3 - maybe 15 mins for the first system image, less thereafter
    HDD + USB2 - maybe 40-50 mins
That’s with little personal data, few programs installed.
    - of course, depends how much you have on C:
(You can and should image all your partitions and disks)

Once you've created your first image, keep it updated with e.g. differential imaging- which images just changes from the first image, more quickly, and creates a smaller image file.

You need a backup medium - say- twice as large as the total amount of data you are imaging to keep a reasonable number of differential images. This will vary dependent on the number of images you keep, so is only a rough practical guide.

is there any way to FIX these errors rather than replacing my HDD???

    What I'd suggest is this:
Your priority should be to try to preserve your system as is, if a clean install might be time consuming, and you have data not backed up.
Try creating a disk image of your C: partition, putting the image on another disk of course.

If that works, you have something to fall back on. Try that and see if it succeeds- depends what the bad sectors are used for.

Your SMART parameters show your disk seems to have problems. Now it's not unusual for disks to have bad sectors, and these are hidden so all you experience are the good ones. The problem comes when a sector you are using turns bad and creates practical difficulties. But once a disk starts failing, you can't really rely on it. Sure you might get away with formatting it and rebuilding your OS...for now.

Your disk is small by today's standards, and you only have the one. Not so expensive to replace, and you could upgrade.
