Windows 10: Cannot download anything to from Store.

I cannot download anything from Microsoft Store. Everything gets stuck in starting download or pending. I have tried everything from the post below twice. I do not want to hard reset my computer. Its barely been used and has a terabyte of fee space. Is there any way to make sure my download settings are the way they are supposed to be? I recently moved some things from my Solid State Drive to my data drive to try and make space fore a game. I also tried to install a game from game pass from the app on my phone. Its seemed to be working until I switched from Wifi to hardwired and the issue the downloads paused and haven't worked sense.

Downloading is Slow from Store.

Step 1:

I suggest you to clear Windows Store cache and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe on Run window and press enter.
• Check if issue persists.

Step 2:

Try to run the sfc scan and check if the Windows store downloads faster:

Run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption.
SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them.

• Press Windows key + X, click
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
  
  sfc /scannow

Windows 10 Apps from the store wont download

• Do you face this issue only with these apps?
• Did you try downloading other apps?
• Did you try stopping these apps and then downloading it again?

We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

• Type troubleshooting in the search
  box and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.

• Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.

Skype not downloading from windows 10 store
