Windows 10: Cannot download iTunes on Windows 10

I cannot locate iTunes on my new PC and when I try to download, it says I own the app and will not let me install.

Apple iTunes and Windows 10

Step 2:

I suggest you to install iTunes in compatibility mode and check.
