Windows 10: Cannot factory reset laptop

Laptop has been stuck on the Blue Screen of Death-Automatic Repair loop for almost a day. I cannot boot normally,, or into Safe mode. I can get into BIOS and the WinRE menus.

Automatic repair does not work. Despite having them, I apparently have no recovery points. I can't even factory reset. All my searches regarding this lead me to fixes involving SFC and DISM.

SFC /scannow does not work DISM /online /.... does not work

I am not even interested in any files or really troubleshooting my laptop right now. I can't even factory reset it, it tells me it is unable to.

All I want is to force factory reset. Thank you for your time.

Reset Acer Travelmate to factory settings

Hi all, I have an Acer Travelmate with Win10 (1607), I would like to save Win 10 to a stick, then reset the laptop back to factory settings and then reinstall Win10. There is no program on the laptop that requires saving. Any advice or suggestions, not to technical, would be very much appreciated, thanks Roy
