Windows 10: cannot find .startup file, An error has occured in this script, and istart searcher after...

Hi fellas, After installing windows 7 and then the driver pack solution the windows are just popping up three pop-ups after starting which is very frustrating. The first is start searcher at the right top of the screen, the other is "An error has occurred in the script in this page, Line 195, char 11, Error dataset is null, code 0, URL: file:///c:/SearcherBar/js/localization.js" and the messiest and frustrating is "cannot find .startup file" which popup continuously after canceling again and again.SS are attached. Please, help.

script running on Startup and Shutdown of System is not working

Steps

• Open a run box
• type in "gpedit.msc"
• Expand Computer Configuration
• Expand Windows Settings
• Select Scripts (Startup/Shutdown)
• Double click Startup
• Click Show Files and copy/paste your file in to this folder
• Click the Add button on the startup properties
• Click Browse and double click on your script to choose it.
• "OK" out of all windows to apply the new settings.

I am generally Giving Path of My python to the startup and shutdown as steps given above

 

Can not find script file error

unable to locate the file, an application is causing this error to pop-up. If that is the case, we suggest that you boot your PC in Safe Mode and see if the error still pops up. You may follow the steps on this

If the problem does not exist in Safe Mode, we would know that an application is causing the error. However, if the problem is presented while in Safe Mode, the problem may be caused by Windows itself.

startup scripts

I want to put this command in a startup script:

xset m 0 0

I believe it disables mouse pointer acceleration and sets a common sensitivity. I can input this through the console but I want it to be permanent and so I think it needs to go in a startup script. How can I do this? I use Ubuntu (Hardy Heron).
