Windows 10: Cannot get into my account

    Cannot get into my account


    I'm trying to get a windows 11 machine working again after a power outage it was on sleep - but I get stuck at the Windows account log in, with no pin window a different w11 machine gave it to me without any problem. The phone number Microsoft has seems to be my old number both end with the same 2 digits - but I didn't get any text message when I asked for them, the password I have in file for the related outlook account isn't recognized, and the recovery doesn't work, as I have not used the account much for anything else. I emailed back the address that told me I didn't have enough info
