Windows 10: Cannot Get out of Recovery Blue Screen

I am currently trying to get my parent's to operate. The laptop is currently displaying a this blue screen when I power it on. RecoveryThere was a problem with a device connected to your PCAn unexpected I/O error has occurred.File: \windows\systems32\winload.efiError code: 0xc00000e9This problem can happen when a removable storage device is removed while it's in use or isfailing. Properly connecting any removable storage and restarting your PC may fix this problem.I need HELP! as this was a Christmas gift from 2019, however I wasn't aware of the issue until recently and it's out of warran
