Windows 10: Cannot get passed Diagnosing PC

Before anyone's says it yes I used the command prompts "bootsec /fixboot" and other 3 commands. Cannot restore to because i never made a restore point. Startup repair doesnt work restarts and goes back to diagnosing page. Changing start up behaviour doesnt work either goes back to diagnosing after restarting. And lastly resetting PC doesnt do anything whether its remove or all files or not because it prepares then kicks me back to options to continue, troubleshoot or turn off.


I should also note almost anytime it does restart it loads up my motherboard settings (which I have never had happened before like period) before it goes to diagnosing PC my motherboard is a MSI Z370.

Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

• Do let us know the make and model of your computer?
• Have you installed HP simple pass software on your computer?

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:

• Press Start button from the keyboard, type Recover Manager.
• Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The
  HP Recovery Manager opens.
• Click Software program re-installation, Next , select
  HP SimplePass for the listing and then follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall application

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
