Windows 10: Cannot Install 2022-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems...

I have tried several times to download 2022-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5019980.Message was Install error - 0x80070002.I searched in internet and it may related with Disk Capacity. I checked my C drive still have 16 Gb.How many space left I should provide for this fix?
