Windows 10: Cannot Install Denon DJ X1850 Prime 1.0.1 Windows Drivers

I had the software installed and running beautifully. But after I decided not to use Audacity and uninstalling it, I could no longer run theDenon Prime Drivers. When trying to reinstall, I now get an error:

Service ‘X1850 Prime Audio Device Monitor’ (X1850PrimeAudioDevMon) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

Everything was running so smooth. I just don’t get it. I’ve reinstalled Visual C++ 2015-2019, updated Windows, I’ve checked that I have admin privileges (I do), I’ve tried to run the installer as admin, I’ve re-downloaded a fresh installer. I just can’t figure out why. The installer runs up to the point where it says “Starting Services”.

I would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you.

update: Ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and sfc /scannow. Results returned “Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.”

Windows 7 wont install drivers

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

I understand that you are receiving an error code 10 in Device Manager for your DJ Mixer. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.



As per the error Code 10 "This device cannot start. (Code 10)", we will need to manually update the drivers. For more information, see Error
codes in Device Manager in Windows.



To update the drivers, refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows Logo key + X, and select Device Manager.
2. In Device Manager window, find the DJ Mixer device.
3. Right click on it and select Update Driver.
4. Restart the computer.

You may also want to try downloading the drivers from the device
manufacturer’s website and install them.
