    A daemon installed in Linux Subsystem doesn't keep running

    Just for kicks, I've installed and start mysql in Linux Subsystem, otherwise known as Bash. Works. Beauty.

    When I exit the terminal, mysql stops as well. And sure enough, when I reopen a terminal, I have to manually start mysql again.

    Why? I only logged out the user, I never told it to stop anything. Also mysqld runs as a different user (user `mysql`). I did not logout on that one. Also why do daemons not start automatically?

    PS: I can't get the Feedback app to work, so please don't suggest to use that instead.

    PPS: Maybe add a topic for this? Forum admin, anyone?
