Windows 10: Cannot install security updates to Windows 10.

I have been on the MS Help Chat but after 10 hours of reloading Windows 10 twice at their request, the PC has been put back to where I was at the beginning;The error message from Microsoft Update and Security page states 'Your device is missing important security and quality fixes' and will not change not matter how many times I run or reboot the computer.MS Help have tried to install Windows 10 OS and it failed to complete the install. it showed: "we've put your PC back right where you started installing Windows 10. Error code 0x800770002 - 0x4000D The installation failed the SECOND_BOOT p

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

New install Windows 10 (issue solved)

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

keep in mind, as of recently, the FCU is installed on 5% of devices roughly.....
