Windows 10: Cannot install windows 10 on my laptop.

A while ago, my laptop began saying that windows 10 needed to be repaired. I downloaded the Windows Installation device onto a USB, put it into my laptop and begun the installation. After it was installed, I continued with the process until it was at a loading screen saying getting everything ready with the HP logo. It was stuck at this screen for over 30 mins, so I left to do something else. I come back to a tab that was saying "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and restart the installation." I clicked ok, the HP screen popped up with the same loading symbol, after about 30 seconds the same message popped up. I have gone through the loop about 10 times and nothing has changed from each time.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
