Windows 10: Cannot install Windows updates Error code: 0x80070570

I have about 20 updates that are identified as needing to be installed, but the solutions provided by the automated "install help agent" have not been successful. I get error code 0x80070570 on the first two that try to install. The rest do nothing. I have rebooted and tried at least five times. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
