Windows 10: Cannot install xbox app error code 0x803fb005

Cannot install it via the store, and when I try the xboxinstaller.exe I get error code 0x803fb005I've tried many things but nothing fixes this issue.

Hello, I'm having an odd problem while trying to install the Xbox Game Pass for PC app. Upon downloading and running the installer from the Xbox site, I've accepted the terms of service and clicked Install, but each time I've been presented with code 0x803FB005.

Yesterday was the first time I tried to install it on this computer, but it said I needed a newer Windows update, so I installed that. I've also followed the troubleshooting steps for a few other errors such as checking for Windows store updates, troubleshooting
apps from the settings, and clearing the Windows store cache.

This is all on a Surface Pro 7, if that makes a difference.

The problem is that this error code is unknown.

It's not even listed in online MSDN documentation.
Not even HERE
And yes, not even UWP error codes list such code

Don't blame Windows "support" sites, this is a question for "Cribbage Classic" developers probably.

• Click Start and type Windows PowerShell on the search box.
• Right-click and then select Run as administrator.
• Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage.
• Hit Enter. 
• Launch Windows Store and download the Xbox App.
