Windows 10: Cannot login to computer after registry tweak

So I was originally intending to change my user folder; I first logged in with an alternative administrator account, renamed the account folder, and went to Windows + R -> netplwiz -> clicked on properties of my account -> changed it's name to the correct one. I then successfully did both of the following, according to this guide:

Do not use ANY method to change the Explorer User folder name in Windows 10 because this can result in a catastrophic failure start loop at the Lock Screen.


While the User Account name can be changed in Settings, one cannot change the User folder name in Windows 10 without reinstalling. Any attempt using Regedit to change Profile Image Path in registry will cause a failure to start loop at the Lock Screen.


To add insult to injury, I deleted the temporary profile in its entirety from the Registry.


Now, the issue is that I cannot open ASO from the login page and none of my other two accounts on my PC are starting up. SHIFT > RESTART, F11, nothing works.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Backup the registry:

Then you have three separate backups you'll probably need.
