    cannot login to Surface wont accept username and password


    I have checked the username and password at Microsoft accounts and it is correct.


    So how can I remove this logon issue and get it right.

    firefox wont remember username and pw?

    before friday i was able to save my username and password and it would remember each time i went to the site, even after i closed the browser and opened it again

    but now no matter where i go, it always asks for me to enter in the username and password (sometimes if im lucky it has it already filled out but it wont auto login)

    does anyone know what is wrong?

    Password issue

    After going through the steps to make a new password, after a week or two, my login credentials are no longer valid. I'm forced to make a new password all over again. It seems to happen if I don't login in a certain period of time. Does our passwords expire???
