Cannot login to user account on windows 10 after upgrading from build 1803 to 1903

Hi Everyone, After I upgraded from build 1803 of Windows 10 to build 1903 when I try to login into the user account that is connected to my Microsoft Account. It looks like it is logging in I will see the words "preparing local session manager " next to the spinning gears and then I will get a black screen and then I am right back at the login screen. I can log in to my Local account on that computer no problem. I have tried signing in using my pin and using my password and the same thing happens. I have tried running chkdsk from my local account and chkdsk did not find any problems. I ran DISM and it did not find any problems either. I ran sfc /scannow which found some corrupt files and repaired them but it still not the main problem that I have been having. Using my local account I also installed some windows updates and that did not fix the problem. I also tried booting into safe mode and that did not work either. When I try to uninstall the feature update I get an error message like "the feature update could not be uninstalled." I cannot roll back the update because it has been more than 10 days since I did the upgrade. Thank you, hope you can help me.

    :)

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown Cannot login to user account on windows 10 after upgrading from build 1803 to 1903 :(
