Windows 10: Cannot login to Windows 10. HELP?!

So here's the thing.

1. Microsoft account is the admin

2. Cannot login after an update I didn't ask for.

3. System restore says it worked but doesn't do jack as going back to it shows the same exact update waiting for system restore.

4. Don't have cd or flash drive to restore.

5. Repairing PC gets stuck at 8%

6. Creating built in Admin doesn't do anything as inputting the command and restarting, it doesn't appear.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
