Windows 10: Cannot patch Windows 10 - getting stuck at 31%

My windows update is saying my OS is EOL and it needs to be patched. I've tried running the update and it keeps failing so I downloaded the Win 10 2004 Nov 2021 update and tried to reinstall and it keeps hanging at 31%. Windows 7 to 10 Upgrade is getting stuck at 31%

I have tried multiple fixes and nothing is working. Could I please get some insight or reason as to why its getting stuck at 31?

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
