  1. Cannot remove vEthernet Ethernet, Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter

Problem: Have to disable 'vEthernet Ethernet' after every reboot to be able to use my local network.
Cannot permanently delete this Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter, which is of no use for me.

Windows 10 Pro ver.2004: no VPN, no Virtual Machine, no Sandbox But I have had them installed before, no WiFi, one Ethernet.
Hyper-V manager virtmgmt.msc is empty, never used.

Windows Features: Hyper-V, Virtual Machine Platform, Windows Sandbox are unchecked.

During a session I can delete vEthernet in Device Manager but it comes back after Reboot. IP: 172.xxx.xxx.1

When uninstalled in Network connections I get following error:
Could not uninstall the Client for Microsoft Network features.
    The error is 0x80071779.
Using 'Disable-NetAdapterBinding to change 'ms_client to False' goes back to True after Reboot

Network Connection->Diagnose this connection: Couldn't identify the problem.
    sfc /scannow: didn't find anything.
Network reset in Settings did not make any difference.

There are some useful information in the Device Managers Events tab shown below, but I do not know how to use it!

Cannot remove vEthernet Ethernet, Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter

Changing network profile for Hyper-V virtual internal ethernet adapter

My Windows 10 operates Hyper-V and defines multiple virtual network adapters. For the host OS, the virtual adapter for external connection (vEthernet (External)) to the router can be categorised as private network.

However, the virtual adapter (vEthernet (Internal)) that I use as an internal network to communicate with guest VMs, I cannot find any way to change its profile to private. Where is the UI or command line or possibly Registry path I need to hack to change
    this?
