Windows 10: Cannot screen record - This PC doesn't meet the hardware requirements for recording clips.

Hello,Screen record does not work on my sons computer. When attempting, we get the following error:"This PC doesn't meet the hardware requirements for recording clips".I find this odd as the PC has the following specs:Windows 10 - version 21H1 OS build 19043.1083i7-4770 @ 3.4Ghz16GB RAMNVIDIA GeForce GT 1030- All drivers and windows updates are installed to the latest versions.Correct me if I'm wrong, but the PC exceeds the minimum requirements.What could be wrong? I've also checked the accounts settings/restrictions in Microsoft Family, nothing appears to be blocking screen record.Any assista

Game Bar says "Sorry, this PC doesn’t meet the hardware requirements for recording clips."

I am unable to get a screenshot of it, but whenever I click record lat 30 seconds, it says

"Sorry, this PC doesn’t meet the hardware requirements for recording clips."

Processor: Intel Core i5

Ram: 8 gb

Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GT 1030

I'm sure this hardware is definitely enough to record the last 30 seconds. My graphics drivers are also up to date, so that's not the problem either.

Any advice?
