Windows 10: Cannot sign in to my windows 11 laptop

I restarted my windows 11 laptop and it says "This sign in option is disabled because of failed sign in attempts or repeated shutdowns. Use a different sign-in option, or keep your device powered on for at least 2 hours and then try again". I kept it on for 2 hours but same result. I just settled the fingerprint and pin only. I entered my microsoft account's password too. But it didn't work either. What I should do?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Please give us the complete error message if any.

For Windows store issue you may refer the following suggestion:

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.
