Windows 10: Cannot sign into paypal account online

Hi,

Sorry if this isn't really microsoft related but i have no other avenues to go down seeing as i cannot sign into my paypal account and then be able to chat to paypal etc, i have changed my password over 5 times now and it still refuses to let me sign in, the android app lets me sign in via my pin but online on my pc and phone it won't, is anyone eslse experiencing this problem or is it just my end??, its been this way for two weeks plus and i'm starting to lose my patience,

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Problems paying with paypal on the microsoft store.

This issue might be caused by incorrect account configuration. We'd like to know if you've already added your Paypal account in your Microsoft account as a payment option. If not, kindly follow the steps below to add your Paypal account:

• Sign in to your
  Payment options.
• Select Add payment option.
• Fill in the required fields, then select Next. If you don't see any more prompts, you're done.
• Try purchasing in the Store.

Unable to login to Paypal phone broken

I use an authenticator app on my phone for 2 step verification to login to paypal but my phone is broken so I can no longer get the code. I've tried using the microsoft authenticator app on another device but it's looking for a QR code to scan which I can't access since I can't login to paypal

Paypal tells me they is no way they can turn off the 2 step verification whjich means I cannot ever access my account.

There must be a way around this?

 

Removal of paypal account from Lumia 820

How can I remove paypal account from my lumia 820? I followed suggestions that were displayed on the phone: first I removed paypal account from my Windows account and then I wanted to remove the application from the phone.

It doesn't work. The icon is still visible on the phone while there is no paypal account in Windows account.
