Windows 10: Cannot speak in the Xbox App or Sea of Thieves

I have a SteelSeries Siberia 350 headset working perfectly fine on every applications, except I cannot speak in Groups in the Xbox App or in-game in Sea of Thieves.

I have checked every tutorial about how to activate the microphone on the account, apps, etc, so I'm pretty sure all of that is ok.


My problem seems to come from my driver, I found other users with the same issue same headset/brand and no answer.

I actually found a solution, that is to uninstall the SteelSeries driver, and let Windows decide it, but it comes with issues: I don't have the SteelSeries app anymore too, so I can't configure my mouse and headset as I wish custom mapping, sound, colors, whatever.


But I don't really appreciate that, isn't there a way to make it work with this? And why is it THAT specific?

sea of thieves

Today I downloaded sea of thieves on my windows 10. I opened sea of thieves and it suddenly closed the game after a split second, I tried multiple times but got nothing, any suggestions?
