Cannot Stop Repeated User Account Control Message for Shockwave

Every few hours or so I keep getting a User Account Control message regarding an Unknown Program. The details show it is regarding Shockwave Flash but as far as I am aware I do not have this installed anywhere (certainly not in the Uninstall list of programs). I have tried downloading it and uninstalling it but to no avail. Any idea how to remove it altogether to prevent the messages? (I don't want to stop User Account Control messages, just this particular annoyance). Windows 10 version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.1110)

    :)
