Windows 10: Cannot Sync any of my Microsoft Apps

Hello,Recently I ran intro a problem, turns out that nor Microsoft To-Do list or Windows 10 Mail App sync those are the apps I mainly use and also I cannot sign in from the settings panel either, I tried everything, troubleshooting, disabling the firewalls, uninstalling, reinstalling and resetting with Powershell commands taken out from Microsoft forums verified moderators, even checking the services to see if I touched something I shouldn't have, but nothing seems to work, this apps work well on my phone, but seems that Microsoft services suddenly disconnected from my computer, I tried to
