    Cannot Type Traditional Chinese with Bopomofo


    Hello,



    I am having a issue of typing traditional Chinese with Bopomofo input method in Window 10.


    I have installed the language pack successfully as the below screen shows.





    However, every time I wanted to switch between Chinese and English using Shift key to type Chinese, I always got the error message like below, which ask me to connect to Internet for downloading. But I already have it installed.





    Would be very grateful if anyone can help me with this issue.

    ON SCREEN CHINESE TRADITIONAL BOPOMOFO KEYBOARD

    I HAVE WINDOW 10 COMPUTER, AND I USED TO BE ABLE TO USE ON SCREEN BOPOMOFO KEYBOARD TO TYPE IN CHINESE TRADITIONAL CHARACTERS, BUT IT NO LONGER WORKS AFTER NOVEMBER UPGRADE.

    Not able to install Chinese Traditional keyboard in my Windows phone

    I tried to install Chinese Traditional keyboard on my Windows phone but it failed.

    ALL Chinese Traditional kerboards were failed but Simplfied.

    It showed message as below and detail phone info. listed.

    "The text suggestion update for this keyboard didn't download successfully."

    Model: NuAns NEO

    Software: Windows 10 Mobile

    Version: 1703

    OS build: 10.0.15063.540

    FW version number: 1028.020.001.95

    Failed keyboard:

    Cannot Type Traditional Chinese with Bopomofo

    Cannot type using Traditional Chinese keyboard

    Using an Asus X556UB on Windows 10 and recently my Microsoft bopomofo keyboard can no longer type in Traditional Chinese. This hasn't been an issue since I got the laptop in August of 2016. Despite the input method clearly showing it is in Chinese mode and
    bopomofo keyboad selected, only English characters come up. In fact, I am currently typing this while my keyboard is supposedly in Traditional Chinese mode. I have already tried reinstalling the language pack and restarting my computer. I did install the UK
    English keyboard about 2 weeks ago, and I've also tried to remove it and restart again but that hasn't done the trick either. I just tried installing the Spanish keyboard, and it does give me the ñ so I'm pretty sure this is a bopomofo specific issue. Anyone
    have insights into what's going on?
