    Cannot update to 20H2 or 20H1 from 1909


    Hi. I have a machine with Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 and Build Number 18363.1316. I checked for updates several times, but in the Windows Update section, it still says, "The Windows 10 May 2020 Update is on its way. Once it's ready for your device, you'll see the update available on this page."



    I am aware that 20H1 and 20H2 caused some problems at the early release stages, but I think most of them should've been mitigated by now. I am not sure why it still doesn't allow me to upgrade.



    Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? I know I can manually clean install the latest version of Windows, but is it the only option?



    My machine spec:


    MB: Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 5

    CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K

    RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3 - 16 GB 2X8

    GPU: Nvidia GTX 970

    Ok to Install 20H2 without 20H1 present?

    I am running Windows 10 build 1909.

    I have NOT installed update 20H1 yet.

    Is it ok to go ahead and install 20H2, or am I supposed to manually install 20H1 first?

    My PC is only offering 20H2, with the 20H1 offer disappearing recently.
