    Hello all, I have yet another S mode problem. I desperately need to update my windows 10 version from 16299.98 to 18362.145, but now that ive downloaded it I cant install because I'm in S mode. So, I go to fix that, and when I click "go to store" in activation, switch to windows 10 pro, it opens store to a blank page!! I have reset store, restarted computer, etc etc. This is a brand new laptop, just switched on for the first time and already I'm dealing with this ****! SO FRUSTRATING!! I have tried multiple times and the link to windows 10 pro in the Store always comes up blank, regardless of how I try to access it. I wouldn't mind staying in S mode, but with no way to update my version to 18362.145 while in S mode, I cant get the apps I need to even install FROM the store! Any takers on yet another S mode problem??

    How do I upgrade from Win 10 Home to Win 10 Pro with a digital Licence. The in structions say

    • If you have a digital license for Windows 10 Pro, and Windows 10 Home is currently activated on your device, select
      Go to Microsoft Store and you'll be prompted to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro for free.

    Fine, but how do I get a digital Licence for Win 10 PRo??

    Going to Microsoft Store via the upgrade with digital licence link, provides no opton for upgrading.

    Any solution??

    Win 10 Pro Anniversary Update = black screen when running games. Is there a fix?

    Recently updated to the Anniversary Update for Win 10 Pro. I held out for a while but decided to go ahead and install it. I am now receiving black screens when running games. The only work around is to run them in windowed mode rather than full screen. I can't update my video card drivers as they are the latest. Running a GTX 1070.

    Is there any known fix for this?

    Sleep mode not working right in Win 10

    Tried this and it says I have the latest driver installed. I have also installed all updates for Win 10 and it still will not wake properly. It seems to start when I open the cover of my HP G60 but nothing but blank screen. Must cold boot to recover.
