Windows 10: Cannot update to Windows 10 version 2004 on my Hp p7-1446s desktop

I have tried about 10 times to update to version 2004 the last two time with Windows 10 update assistant. All update

tries failed. Usually around 89% with windows update and around 50-60% with windows update assistant. I have tried

updating with my external devices connected and unconnected. I have older computers which updated 2009 to

Win10 ver. 2004. all those have a intel cpu. The p7-1446s has an AMD A10 -5700 cpu with integrated graphics

HD7660D. There are no driver updates for the graphics. This desktop came with windows 8.0 and was upgraded to

Windows 10. Current version is Win10 1909. Memory is 8 GB and HHD is 1 TB. I suspect that the integrated graphics

may be the problem due to old drivers. Only error code is 0xc1900101 when updating from windows update.

Any other suggestions?

If HP did not provide Windows 10 drivers for this model in the past, it's not likely that they will provide Windows 10 drivers now that the product is even older than it was when you first checked.

With respect to the comment in the above link about ATI Radeon HD 4200 graphics ...

If you want to install Windows 10 in your computer, I suggest that you purchase a PCI Express x16 video card that is compatible with Windows 10, as suggested in the first link above.

 

I have an HP Pavilion p7-1226s Desktop PC that is running windows 10 and I need drivers

I recently replaced a HD on a HP Pavilion p7-1226s Desktop PC that was running Win 7. I installed Win 10 on the new HD and now I can't get the sound to work . I tried to update the driver in device manager Realtek HD Audio as well as switching to the generic
driver.

The HP website states the following:

HP does not provide Windows 10 drivers on HP.com for HP computers sold prior to August 2013. Microsoft has made most of the component drivers for these products available via Device Manager once the product is running Windows 10 with an active Internet connection.
To see if your HP computer was tested to work in Windows 10, go to
HP Products Tested with Windows 10. (mine is not on the list)

Does anyone know of a comparable driver that I can use for Win 10 OS?
