Windows 10: Cannot Upgrade from 1809

Discus and support Cannot Upgrade from 1809 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I've tried upgrading from 1809 to 1903 and 1909, but no joy - the setip freezes during reboot and reverts.     Cannot Upgrade from 1809


    I've tried upgrading from 1809 to 1903 and 1909, but no joy - the setip freezes during reboot and reverts. I'd done all the (obvious) checks recommended in this forum, but nothing works - where can I go from here?

    I cannot update my Surface Pro 6 to Windows 10 1809

    I just upgraded my Surface Pro to Windows 10 build 1809.
    Here are the steps I did:

    1. Open your web browser and go to Download Windows 10 and click "Download tool now".
    2. Double-click on the MediaCreationTool1809.exe file you've downloaded.
    3. Agree the license terms.
    4. Select the "Upgrade this PC now" option and click Next.
    5. Just wait to complete the upgrade process.

    Cannot Upgrade from 1809

    Video card or RAM need upgrading?

    Memtest: no errors after 10 hrs.
    I'm going to perform the Primetest, later on. Get back to you on that.
    I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.
