    Cannot view File Explorer

Hi there, we recently got a new PC setup, it was working fine and still is but i cant seem to access file explorer anymore, I can access it through word but can only open word documents ect, when I try to click on it or any file it opens it and you can hover on the icon and see the small version of it but it wont appear on screen for me to interact with or open properly.

I have tried almost everything and im hoping to get some answers here before calling someone in for this issue, its vital to my learning and my business that file explorer works properly, as im in highschool and am designing a video game for school, so the files needed are lots of jpeg ang imgs saved from USBs to be opened in file explorer, i really have no clue what to do.

Ive been tinkering with updates, resets and a bunch of other things, please if someone can help me or direct me to a person that can let me know.

    Hopeful regards,

    Amber :
