Windows 10: Canon DC20e program Windows 11

Hi. I bought an old canon dc20e a couple of weeks ago and now I want to transfer the clips to my computer. The programs is only working with older versions of windows since I have a new computer that runs with windows 11 I don’t know what to do. What program can I use for make it work? I’m connecting it with a usb cable and it detects the camera and I can watch the videos trough vlc but nothing more. I can also open the map but it shows TS map/files.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

After updating Windows 10, canon MF toolbox can't find scanner program.

Windows 10 not showing Canon Printer in Uninstall or Change programs list

I need help to uninstall the Canon Printer/Scanner program from my laptop so that Canon can help me with a scanner problem. I cannot find Canon listed on the Uninstall or Change program list on my windows 10 laptop to do this. (The printer is still working
well but not the scanner.) Can an help?
