Windows 10: canon printer black color not printing

canon printer the black color not printing, the ink is on good level I have tried cleaning the check the nozzle that it might clogged still the color black is not printing, was it possible for me to change the new cartridge? thank you

Canon Printer PIXM920 Will Not Print

My Canon Printer PIXM920 need updated drivers; I changed the ink, I cleaned the printer. After cleaning, it printed great for a few days. It did not print "black" ink at all. Everything was printed 'in colors'. Now it is printing "blank pages".

 

Printer Won't print black, but prints color

thanks again, but I want it to print , both. I cannot get it to print black when I try to print a label for shipping or when I run a test page. It has a full cartridge

I have tried to follow your above steps BUT I do not have the same screens showing that you do. There is no option to pick colors. I did try to print in black only from the printer settings on the printer, did not print, just a white sheet of paper.

As an initial recommendation, I suggest you to open the Print dialog box in Windows to access the settings for color profiles used in printer.

• Use the keyboard shortcuts Windows Logo + R to open the Run Command Dialog box
• Type in the command: shellrintersFolder
• Right-clicking on the printer and open the printer preferences, where you can choose options such as paper size and layout.
• 
  Select Print color which gives you options for Color or black-and-white (grayscale) prints.
