Windows 10: Canon Scanner

    Canon MG5350 scanner not working

    The scanner in my Canon Pixma MG5350 has stopped working - I get a message "U network scanner EX cannot be found. Re-install scanner driver". I have re-installed all the drivers from Canon but still not working.

    I have been in contact with Canon support who suggest that this is a windows problem and that even if I change my printer I will still not be able to scan.

    I am on window 10 version 1809 build 17763.134

    I would appreciate and help in resolving this issue

    Canon MX860 scanner not working

    I recently installed Windows 10 and like it but the problem is my printer/scanner will not scan to my computer. I have tried various things even contacted Canon. They do not plan on updated the Canon MX860 printer/scanner. Any suggestions I downloaded
    the Windows Scan app it works, it sends them to the computer but I can't print the sheet out, .

    Canon Scanner LIDE 220

    After upgrading to WIN 10 1709, access to the scanner is blocked with the message "You do not have the required privileges to access the specified folder. Code 9,244,3" Canon suggested changing the destination folder but that was of no help. Any suggestions?
