Windows 10: Can't access Apps in Settings

Hello,

I'm encountering a strange error: when I open the Settings panel (gear-wheel icon), and click on any icon except the one labelled Apps, I get the usual response (subpanel opens etc. etc.); however, when I click on the Apps icon nothing happens. The only way I can access the list of apps is via the Control Panel.

Does anyone know the reason?

Preventing access to modern app


Ive been tasked with preventing the children from accessing instagram. I've got it listed in my windows hosts file and internet options/security/restricted site but the windows 10 app is still allowing access. Any suggestions other then deleting app which can just be reinstalled?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
